Recruitment Applicant For
Recruitment Applicant For holds a candidate record of exactly the same shape as Recruitment Applicant, kept separately from it. It has no form and no field configuration in the current build, so there is nothing to open and nothing to fill in. Use Recruitment Applicant.
What it is for
The record behind this name carries the same things a candidate's file carries: the company, the candidate reference, the application date, his name and title, his nationality, birth country and city, his native language, religion and blood group, his disability details, his marital status and dependants, his education summary, industry, years of experience, current salary and age, and his careers page sign in details. It has the same detail tabs too: professional experience, education, skills, courses, certifications, addresses and contacts.
In other words it is a second copy of Recruitment Applicant, held apart from it.
Nothing in the current build opens it. It has no screen, no field labels and no field configuration, so there is no layout to describe and no field table to write. No other screen reads it either: screening, interviews, pipelines and offers all point at Recruitment Applicant.
If a client asks about the name, tell him the candidate file is Recruitment Applicant and that this is not a second place his candidates might be hiding.
Every field, in plain words
There is no form, so there are no fields to document. The record's shape is described above.
How to configure it
- Nothing to configure. Put candidates on Recruitment Applicant.
Scenarios
"Are some of our candidates in a different place?"
No. Every candidate, whether an HR officer typed him in or he registered himself on the public careers page, is on Recruitment Applicant. That is the one list to search.
What it is connected to
- Nothing reads it and nothing writes to it.
- Recruitment Applicant is the candidate file in use.
If something looks wrong
- "We cannot find this screen" - it has no form in the current build. There is nothing missing from your configuration.
